Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. A clear message to info@cieloriana.com is sufficient.

Goods must come back unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. The direct cost of returning a greenhouse, garden house or pergola is borne by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or not as described, in which case we arrange and pay for the collection.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we confirm the outcome and refund the original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by this policy: a product that's faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose can be returned for a repair, replacement or refund outside the standard 14-day window too.
