Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

Listing a product for sale isn't a binding offer on our part. Placing an order is your offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, by whichever method we offer at checkout.

Assembly and use

We sell petrol-engined garden machinery. Every machine ships with its engine manufacturer's handbook and must be run and maintained exactly as that handbook describes; log splitters and chippers must always be operated with both hands on the controls and nobody standing in the feed or discharge path, per the enclosed safety guidance. We do not provide operator training or on-site servicing. Dimensions and capacity figures on a listing are the manufacturer's rated figures, not a guarantee for every log or branch you feed through.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Cancellation and statutory rights

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and statutory protection for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
